WHO CAN I GET STARTED WITH TO HELP me with this? I lost my only child DECEMBER the 16-07 to a CRAZED ROBBER WHO took 100.00 then shot her 3 times, she was 28 and she left behind 3 girls, ages 7 2 and 3 months. HER NAME IS JENNIFER VINCEK&gt; LOOK UP HER TRAGIC STORY and please tell me where to star with this. Had she been behind a glass, the animal could not have killed her and the customer who was just there for his morning coffee. NOT TO MENTION BETTER RESTITUTION FOR FAMILIES OF THIS KIND OF HORRIFC CRIME!!! </p>
