<description>&#60;p&#62;The midwest has all of those markets, it just depends on where you locate your store.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Casey's General Store based out of DesMoines Iowa has a large number of stores (1000+) but they are not really a local or family minded store.  They are more of a &#34;do it the corporate way&#34; store with little thought of tayloring there store to the local (smaller) markets.&#60;/p&#62;
