As a 17 year lottery retailer with 26 years in retail my two stores sold tens of millions of dollars in instant scratch offs.

I developed the software InstantInfo for my own use and now offer this to retailers. This is an invoice to billing tool that tracks by barcode. Inventory, sales by shift or day and total inventory by dollars is where this fantastic software starts.

As well as slashing the time involved in writing down tickets and checking off books, theft and fraud are virtually eliminated by tracking each ticket.

Billing problems are gone with the bill audit feature. This allows you to check your states ticket bill with the inventory that is in your store.

Remember: You cannot Manage What You can't Control.
InstantInfo is the control tool.

Check out Ticketrac (www.ticketrac.com). It's an easy to use, handheld scanning device for keeping track of how many tickets were sold in a shift, a day, a week, a month, a year, etc.
•	No Manual Calculations
•	Ticket Level Inventory
•	Reduced Shrinkage
•	Flexible Reporting
Depending on your need, simply view the reports on the handheld device, or transfer them to a PC for printing, emailing, or other analysis.
Call me at 404.790.1091 or email at john.sess@ticketrac.com for more details.

I am looking for the best way to monitor sales of instant lottery tickets, how to prevent loss on these tickets. We have an instant lottery key on the register but any suggestions on monitoring to make sure that there are no tickets being stolen would help.
Thank you.
