If you are able to finance the operation, the key will be finding good partner suppliers. Most suppliers have staff on hand with years of experience that you can utilize for "free" advice. I have no knowledge of running a store or where to begein as far as equipment. or stocking a store. I have a great location. but need advise as to the do's and dont's. I have lots of heavey equipment and have done contracting all my life. however I need help putting together a package to submit for finnacing </p>
