Enough Traffic?

    I am looking at a convenience store (no gas) on a fairly busy road but in a rural location. The traffic count states over 17,000 vehicles/day. Will this be enough to sustain a business as there will be no pedestrian business?

    Mike are you looking at purchasing an existing business ? If so what do there numbers look like ?

    I have run a profitable c-store with no gas with 11,500 vpd. more info on location is really needed.

    population 1 - 2 mile radius, business accessibility,local zoning regulations on signage, any competition.
