   I have seen a lot of discussion on gift cards. Do any of them cost less than the face value? Are they just being offered in C-stores to drive traffic?

   Would be great if someone could answer this question - I'm very interested in selling Gift Cards if I can get them at less than face value, but don't have any idea how to get started on that.
