   Does anyone know the industry average of inside sales transactions per customer (minus fuel?)

   Unfortunately the National Assoication of Convenience Stores no longer tracks this metric. However, its CSX dividsion does - reports average inside sale of $2.82 YTD for 2008 and $2.85 for last year. It should be remembber that this number will vary signficantly based on your store's offer.
