When included, the OurEnergy Carbon Offset option increases the revenue stream from the sale of fuel. So while offering a “green” solution, the fuel operator is able to increase their revenue stream while projecting a positive image. Our analysis shows that there are 4 additional items that are addressed with inclusion of carbon offsets in the fuel price at the pump:
1) Impulse - The choice is there in front of the consumer to offset their behavior – right now.

4) Marketing Leverage – Possibly the most important factor besides the added revenue stream - The inclusion of the offset enables conversation, ability to promote the pump as "Green" and leverages the image of the offering fuel facility, enhancing public perception and business marketing opportunities.
